Good work environment and culture, company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year

The company teammates are not supportive , There not any canteen for dinner or lunch , They not respect people's.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Likes

Typical family owned business here you always have to struggle to be in good book's of the management. You can get good money only if you are always keep pleasing. One good thing is if you are in good books then sky is the limit for your growth.

Dislikes

HR policy is worst. HR team don't work for any goodwill of the employees. Once you resign you will be treated harshly. Office politics is something you can't avoid. No work life balance you will be frequently receive call even if you on personal leave. Many personal questions asked like do u have BF or GF where does he/she lives?. Are you planning for child in near future? Sometimes you will be asked to sign a bond for locking period to resign from your position.

1.No work life balance 2.they just uses employees like animals 3.Directors are just partial with every person. 4. Managers are soo irritating. 5. No growth at all. 6. They carry personal grudges with employee. 7. Management is so poor 8.Every employee is frustrated at working there and working only for family responsibilities. 9.Toxic Environment. 10. Feedback is so real and dislike lists are just going on.
