...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Himalaya was my first company. I never forget the experience which I got from this company and teammates. All staff of Himalaya look like a family. Plant head ,manager,teammates,friends all are very helpful. Working environment is very smooth and good. A newcommer can easily adjust in the environment.

Dislikes

When old staff ( manager, md etc.) Replaced with new staff then the environment affected too much. New staff of upper position are not so good as old staff. There is no travel convenienance for staff .
