...ment if at all. Teammates are supporting but, the management is not transparent. Salary is average and no job security at all. They tried to tide over the Covid19 crisis by firing a large number of their teaching staff just before the lockdown.

The teacher has a significant workload, given that the majority of students fall below the average level and require extra attention.

Likes

Teachers are supported in the education of their children. Working in Arunachal feels good because of the pleasant weather. However, there are no holidays except for vacations. Teachers are often required to take extra classes, even on holidays and Sundays. Additionally, they must conduct prep classes three times a week. Detailed lesson plans are also expected to be written.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Teachers are forced to leave without being given any notice period. Students are from wealthy families they don't know culture and they don't respect their teachers.
