I joined Him International School as PRT. The school is located in beautiful city Itanagar. School provides free accommodation, meals with students and free education for teacher's ward. Salary is good.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance.

An amazing institution to work with. You will be supported by head at all phases if working honestly. Will get your salary on time. Fully furnished accommodation will be provided. I left because of some personal constraints. Would like to work in future.

Likes

Little good environment if at all. Teammates are supporting but, the management is not transparent. Salary is average and no job security at all. They tried to tide over the Covid19 crisis by firing a large number of their teaching staff just before the lockdown.

Not space for independent teaching practice. No job security .
