Nothing good , ridiculous receptionist with ridiculous vice principal.
Dislikes
Termination without prior notice, forcefully resignation, not giving salary on time, school runs on the basis of politics, full of politics...specially Receptionist and Vice Principal... No experience of vice principal post...not able to even read English. Only like Chaplusi not the person with good education.
EVERYTHING.... With capital letters. It's a sinking ship now. The head of institution is egoistic and pathetic. No value of human resource and constantly downgrade the teachers publicly. No value of extra work. No job security and no transparency towards leaves structure. One by one teachers leave and still the management does not get it the reason. No structure of work and very poor infrastructure. Felt like a jail. Move out people as soon as you can.
Management is not employee friendly. They do not consider teachers as humans. Unrealistic deadlines, poor work environment, management is hostile, degrading appraisals, mandatory staybacks, no paid leaves, holidays mentioned are hardly given like second and fourth Saturdays are hardly given, micromanagement, classic case of over worked and under paid workforce, no paid maternity leaves
Everything . You’ll want to rip your hair apart on daily basis if you step into this hell hole . They have scarcity of staff so you’ll not have a single period free . The whole day you have stay in a class . Be prepared to starve daily coz you’ll have no time to have lunch . Everything single thing including painting the walls , photography , printing of papers , making the books , decoration during events etc is done by teachers by making them stay extra hours after school with no extra benefits . Forced labour is you ask me . The HM of junior wing is a woman you’d never want to witness in your entire life . She enjoys insulting people in front of everyone . They don’t let you take leaves ( even when they are paid leaves ) you’ll have to take permission & even after giving applications it’s not necessary that it’ll be a paid leave . The condition of the building , walls , toilets is worse than any public place . Don’t dare to drink the water coz so many fell ill. I was forced to come even when I was sick so on my way I had an accident . Had to take a few days off but I was constantly harassed to join back . Save yourselves before making a big mistake coz this certainly was my biggest mistake .

Nothing. They refuse to give appointment letters and remove employees without proper justification. Students are incomparably indisciplined and unmanageable. Higher ups treat employees like deviant students. It is dehumanising, degrading and THEY ARE SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED.
Everything. They are severely understaffed and subservient to students and their parents. Their is no organisation or discipline and the higher up degrade employees (including teachers) in front of students. Overworked and overwhelmed are characteristic features of employment here. Underpayment is the norm.
