Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

If it talk about my experience to work with Hillson footwear so I want to say that work environment is too good. One most important thing is that owner and staff member is too gud kind and so much helpful.i must say if u want to learn or achieve in your life so it's a very good place. I love this company because it is my first job where I learn basic and gain my confidence that I can do anything any work.this company given me chance to grow my ability and strength .I always attached imotionaly to this company.it never ralised me that I am only worker .
