...eason. I have seen this incident with 8-10 people and from Executive to GM rank. If u want to suicide with your career, then only u join or else do not join the company seeing higher salary. As many people do not join the company, they have habit of hiking salary. My suggestion u can accept or reject, but dont spoil your career.

In this company people doest want according to their designations, and you will only get high perks or pay rise, if you are only a MARWARI because the owner of the company is a Marwari. They dont differentiate people according to work but according to your community.If you are marwari you will have a future or else be their slave. That is what you will get if you work in a company whose owner is himself illierate. Before joining this company please talk to ex-emplyoees get the knowledge and feedback. The mistake that i have done,dont want any other to suffer the same fate.

Tremendous Pressure on Purchase Department. During Working Hours we called it Dustbin Department due to Any Problem should be solved by purchase department.
