If you don't have any kind of ethics, self-respect this company is good for you ....can make hell lot of money if ready to sacrifice your self respect.

There is no fixed pay No work life balance Strict timming Even Sunday we need to work . They will give fake promises ... you have say Tata bye to your self respect before going to this job...ene ponam nn unde poyit vaa 🙃

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
