...his company never think for employee welfare.any time this company can fire you.always thinking for small small saving which related to the employee like AC use, transportation, t-shirt, salary cut and reduce manpower. so, as per my experience never try to go for Hi-Lex.

very poor management level. Not having skill level that much to take proper decision on time. all management work as a lala company. This company not runs like a Japanese MNC.

No any words for giving hi-lex beacause its very nice facility giving and this trouble time many people giving support so it's super.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure very high.sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours staight in a day as i have to attend every break downs in thr evening and sometimeslate into the night.
