...genuine professional director (founder) doesn't makes him a similar director. If you are a talented and experienced designer, they will hire you for the salary you are asking or with a best package. Later they will assign you to design any new machine copying from the banghar/scrap machine they taken from somewhere or from this fellows previous experience. They will make and finalize this machine in trial and error. All its drawing will be forced to finialled in short time including its spare parts and change parts. This newly joined fellow will do all these at his best as he is in his probation period. They will get assured that his drawings are duly saved safe in their backup server. As his salary is highest one, after getting all these they will start irritating him either directly or with any another staff without making him realize that the management is after these all issues. Management will blame him itself for his complaint and this fellow will be forced to resign the company. They had all the backup drawings and they will give these to their senior puppet designer to use for future orders and change parts. Hope you got the game play and who benefited from it? If this is an engineer: They will hire you and will check your family background. If you are having a best academic record and from a middle class family, they knows easily that expenses burden are there upon him and they will appoint you in another department other that what this fellow actually wants. He will be served with useless workers and will indirectly make him forced to do worker-level jobs. This fellow wont leave the company that easily as he is from a middle class family. If he is a non-native Maharashtrian and not much talkative or having less social contacts then they will fully do their drama upon him. In years of suffering they will create a thought in his mind that he is useless and make him ignore about the value of his hard earned achievements and studies (Devi Lekshmi maaf kare inhe). If this employee hesitate to become so, they will expose him to some pre-planned ladies staff (for fabricating misbehaving issue on him), stupid workers (for fabricating messy issues or bad conduct issues on him), pre-arranged clients (for fabricating ill treatment or response from him) They will create issues with these worthless drama fellows to make our name worsen with advertising our reactions to all the above said activities. Company management will sit like milk drinking cat unknowing anything blaming this fellow engineers behaviour. If these drama turn into a major one, they can make it to affect this engineer's profession and he wont get a better position or posting in another company because of his bad image or else he will become depressed and anxious of getting self-demotivated filling negativity in mind without knowing the reality. Its also a bait of these b**tards to make skilled engineers to get stacked here. If this fellow resign the job realizing all these, they will be after him for not to get a better posting so that he will return back here. By this they can show peoples and indirectly advertise that "he was having a better job only because of that company". They will pay for peoples around him to drama with him and make him realize/think in mind that he could only get better job in this company only. A black bald headed so-called old school engineer in this company is the main fraud helping to do all these for the directors. He knows nothing other than phone-inn programme by making others fool to do his work nicely. He will be free from blames and issues as he doesn't do anything directly. Having further more to say, cant type more.........
