The company is in a growing stage so you get to see the outcome of your work instantly. There is less hierarchy and red tape, so decision-making is quick. There are many responsibilities that are handed over to you to run it your own way giving immense work satisfaction. The new office at WeWork is great! Free meals and cab services are the cherry on top.

Dislikes

Challenges due to evolving nature. There is ambiguity in situations and projects, which one should get used to.

After working here I realised that how good are other companies I am ready to work extra with low payment in other companies rather than working on higher salary with this company.

Dislikes

I will run out of words describing this but still will try, 1. Worst work culture, 2. Partiality, 3. Hire and fire policy, 4. No ethics, No manners 5. Weekend work, 6. No management in project they just want to get work done no matter of quality and anything worst thing.
