Company have verygood system and infrastructure and also Great Place to Work.

Company has no retirement policy .On the last working day of retirement company self initiated employee resignation and employee work one month extra and company pay the salary.while they should give 2 month notice as per law. I Suggest if employee is serving last day of of 58 year company should provide retirement certificate not resign from company.

... are doing double shifts and 12-13hrs duty that too with out taking weekly offs. Salary hikes was very poor. Even the permeant workmen who works under me are getting good salary than me. Their is no future in this unit. Actually i am from electrical background, we had one electrical vaccancy in our unit. That was came in internal job posting,I applied 3 times and I wrote a mail to hr department also, their is no response from top management this only one example. We have so many issues.

No job security in pvc pipes. Work culture horrible. Job security terrific. Last 12 months 11 employee resigned. You will loss your confidence. Every day humiliation by RM Vishal Joshi who don't have any knowledge in retail. Always think about how to hired then how to fired. Please don't join under him in eastern zone if you want peace.

No one helps you regarding KRA in plant level Whatever you want to learn, you will have to learn it yourself, no one here will help you related to your work. There is more chamcha giri here. putty plant there is no equipment for testing. And the plant manager will ask you to do more work apart from your work. If you don't do what he tells you to do, he will pressure you.
