No job security in pvc pipes. Work culture horrible. Job security terrific. Last 12 months 11 employee resigned. You will loss your confidence. No one helps you regarding KRA in plant level Whatever you want to learn, you will have to learn it yourself, no one here will help you related to your work. There is more chamcha giri here. putty plant there is no equipment for testing. And the plant manager will ask you to do more work apart from your work. If you don't do what he tells you to do, he will pressure you.
