Low salary for tech support,, Autocratic functioning,, cancellation of leaves anytime, forcing to attend office in pandemic even though train services are inactive,,many more...not much benefits..no mediclaim

The first company ever i worked in cctv with has no morals , work ethics. A start up would be much better for gaining exp who are coming from non CCTV . In first place y hiring PPL who are from diff background and then force to resign.......... It shows how u r treating the employee. Hiring skills are nill and managers are with 0 leadership quality....

I like to work in hikvision because of our contractors behaviour and the emotions which he understands

I dislike because there's is no job securities and no skill requirement if we have an skill then we also have to work on the post of unskills employees
