...do, only few chamcha’s work is being recognised without even doing genuine work. In term of salary they give you chillar and increments forget it this word doesn’t exist for hard working people. If you want to ruin your career then you can join the company or if you have the capabilities of becoming a chamcha then join it. There is no work life balance in this company. Policies are pathetic. The worst part is the management isn’t giving priorities to their floor managers instead they listen to HR who themselves doesn’t have any experience or any proper knowledge how floor is managed but still their work is appreciated. There is no job security anytime you can get fired. Company culture is pathetic, if you want to get mental trauma it is a good place to join.

Worst leaders ever they are having, very bad work culture, overtime with no extra pay, no work life balance, they want us to work on Sunday's as well. Nothing related to employee benefit.

It's an worst organisation with worsted managers Mayank Singh , Priyanka Sen, they will force you provoke you to resign from the job and once you resign they will not give the salary. Totally scam company unethically they are using the name of shiksha.com, upgrad and others. They giving fake USP's symbiosis SCDL , they are using fake placements record which is unethically created by their counselor Deepti Sharma which they used to share with learners, on the other hand for their business they are calling symbiosis SCDL fraud and blacklisted College while calling gir other colleges .they will force you to sray in office till 9.30 pm. The languages they are using on the floor it's very disgusting. In terms of salary they are offering it's very less . They will force you to work on sunday as well.

... colleges are running the organization, having no respect towards the employees. salary will not be credited on time , no incentive plans, no pf or other bonus. they can fire anyone right on immediate basis without listening to anyone

negative work enviroment they dont have money to hire sales staff but they can invest hell amount of money to hire new hr on daily basis. the current manpower comprises of 60% hr and 40 rest of the team. there is a concept of wing hr as well which means there will be an hr sitting in every row of 5 -6 members and it this 5-6 members, tl, managers will also be included. no set up process just running a lala shop .. seriously dont waste your time here

Nothing to like about the organisation we use to work on Sunday as well, even FNF is also not giving to some peoples no notice period, if they want to fire you so they will do without giving a single day.

No job security, and what they show they doesn’t provide, salary structure is also bad.
