Cultural activities they are organising In hikal collegues are good and understanding each other. Our HOD stores manager- MR umesh bhide Sir is very matured and decent person. Caring for others. He is not only our HOD he is one of good father also. I pray god in each and every department umesh bhide Sir should come. I am there in hikal because I proud that our HOD is one of the greatest leader.

Dislikes

Frankly saying, as I have completed 4 and half years. Hikal is paying me very very low salary. In work point of view earlier I use to work in other department. And all of sudden they have transferred me to other department. Reason was the other person done fraud work with vendors. His mistake I am suffering, In that New department. Though the department is new maximum amount of work I am trying to complete in my shift.

They paid full salary , Top management is very Good.

Dislikes

Hikal has 2 units in Bangalore, but In that unit 2 hr and managers are very worst, they don't care about employees (low grade production workers) work safety, Safety is nil.

You can consider company as one time jump for span of 1Y.

...itive, many Heads of Department (HODs) are either retired or nearing retirement. In maximum cases, retired individuals or those on extension make decisions regarding increments and career growth of company pay roll employee.

The company culture is satisfactory and there is job security. There is good opportunity for freshers to develop as a leader.

The salary is not competitive with market conditions and increment is not upto the mark

...senior person has to report junior person. then how senior persons will work. 3.Who is giving resignation, retaining them give good salary immediately. But what about who is want continue Hikal? For them no values. 4.one person joined as Executive production now he is sr. Manager production. Within 10-12 years. He is only Bsc. By favourism. Now his salary is 17-18 lacs PA. 5.persons who works longer time don't have value. 6.Asst.manger/ Dy. manager production working in the shift duty. & Executive working in G shift. 7.Doing Leave With out pay of workers/ Executive/ Asst manager/ Dy. manager. Etc... if they absent some time... 8 No professional... 9.At the time of increment doing favourism, not seeing his how long he serviced here... His Qualification.. 10. Persy supposed retaining after resignation, but he again leaving after 6-8 months. Means ?
