Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. Sometimes,I have to work 12-15hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night

...senior person has to report junior person. then how senior persons will work. 3.Who is giving resignation, retaining them give good salary immediately. But what about who is want continue Hikal? For them no values. 4.one person joined as Executive production now he is sr. Manager production. Within 10-12 years. He is only Bsc. By favourism. Now his salary is 17-18 lacs PA. 5.persons who works longer time don't have value. 6.Asst.manger/ Dy. manager production working in the shift duty. & Executive working in G shift. 7.Doing Leave With out pay of workers/ Executive/ Asst manager/ Dy. manager. Etc... if they absent some time... 8 No professional... 9.At the time of increment doing favourism, not seeing his how long he serviced here... His Qualification.. 10. Persy supposed retaining after resignation, but he again leaving after 6-8 months. Means ?
