They are supporting by cutting down salary during lockdown. Management system is careless about health of staff as they donot provide masks or any health benefits who have to look for site.

Dislikes

...ay's corrupted world there is no place for those who want to work corrupt free . Instead of supporting such staffs they are harassed by not paying salary on time, deducting salary , deducting hike. No any proper lookout from the management/HR side.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
