... your image very bad to the sir . Most of new stuff will leave bcz this reason. Salary structure is not good .at the time of joing they don't provide offering latter , salary slip also don't provide and the main thing is there is different rules for different stuff . Some one have Esi pf account and some one have no esi pf ,some one get increment 50% yearly and some one have 10% . Hope less management. I think they have to work on it. Over all company is good 👍

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
