No to worry about job security. They will not remove you until you leave yourself. Learning and Getting knowledge in programming field is good. But in design field there is nothing to learn new things.

Dislikes

Work life balance is worst. Salary structure is worst and increment is very less

Dislikes

No growth, no training, internal politics, some play favouritism game. Your job will be as draughtsman instead of design engineer. You will only learn draughting job nothing else. HR is not friendly. Don't join if you are looking for career growth

There you get good knowledge of all the departments like quality & production and also get good knowledge of new customer audit and new job material grade wise and work life is also good but a bit stressful.

Salary increment Very less and there is no time to know the audit time

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
