Initial pay is good, but there are no appraisals.

Many of the hires seem to be very rigid in terms of how they work. Some of the senior leadership in India seems to not have a clue on what they're doing. Folks in USA are much better in terms of product & people management. The culture has consistently degraded over the last few months. Micro management being pushed down from the top, to the middle level managers, to lower level managers, to ICs. Eventually everyone has to "fall in line", "work faster", and "not take holidays". Not sure why we have so many leave balances in our Workday, but can't apply for any.

Clueless engineering leadership, they set unreasonable targets and keep changing the goals. The teams which were hired few months ago were axed. Useless equity, as leadership is clueless about the exit plan.

If any unexpected circumstances takes place in your life, either it's for you or for your parents etc. They don't bother nor even care about you. Simply, all they want you to be at office for all the 3 days of WFO times. No notable benefits, no respect for you and for your contributions towards the dedication and commitment which you shown at your work. They even discriminate your personal life by comparing with someone else's life. Such a pathetic and foolish behaviour it was. Micro monitoring was there, by some people who track everything and everyones movements.

No I strongly not recommend to everyone kindly don't join the company they are removing the people the Indian Management VP he very old he doesn't encourage the new talent I request US team please focus on him kindly don't trust him
