Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They do not have work

...re hired as a fresher. They edit your CV to show you have 4 years of experience They make you work odd hours but do not pay overtime They have not done any project for the most services listed on their website No job security No technical lead and the directors and team are not technically sound. Uneducated and rude management Be careful and ask how many projwcts and employees you have when you join.

Company is taking proxy tasks from upwork and freelancer portal. They don't have their QA team, support team. No support from seniors, management and HR. Seniors and management don't have enough technical knowledge on cloud and DevOps.

Nothing to like about this company as no HR policy is running in this company

Dislikes

they dont care about their employee i was having worst experience in this company from my experience of 10 years. they dont have employee benefit policy. no insurance nothing . no HR policy. Even they say they have when you are interviewed but after following with them they dont apply to employee. they are saving there cost to it untilll you raise voice to it.
