"My time at HighRadius was nothing short of a nightmare. The management was incompetent and played favorites, making it impossible to advance or even feel valued as an employee. The work environment was toxic, with constant gossip and backstabbing among colleagues. Additionally, the company's policies were outdated and hindered productivity. I wouldn't wish my experience at HighRadius on anyone. Management will make you do every damn work in the company but the position you have been hired for.

Good for learning if you are in the correct department as a developer , luckily i was in that stack . so learnt a lot. Flexible work hours. No issue with taking leaves

Apart from some 10-20 thousand more in salary this company has absolutely NOTHING good.. You will REGRET FOREVER IN YOUR LIFE if you join this company. Worst CEO and FOUNDER ever. Thinks of himself as OMNIPOTENT. He doesn't come and address anyone in real even if he is sitting literally in the next room. Absolutely filthy place.

Absolutely everything in this company is not just bad it is PATHETIC.. Read the thousands of reviews and horror stories and decide for yourself. And if you are an employee reading this please check first if your job is there and you are needed in office tomorrow first. Hire and Fire culture at its peak.

Very unstable. At one time everyone says about following process, but another time they don't follow. People who creates process do not have sense while creating the process. Person sitting in the top position have less knowledge about the domain. Too much politics in higher level. CTO got fired within a year but no body get a proper reason. Poor leadership skills in leader sitting at the top. They don't value innovation. They only follow procedure and method. CEO should look into his reportees at ground level otherwise company will be in loss for sure. Specially product team has habit of stealing credits. They don't care about horizontal like Ml, Analytics, Arpa.
