Except salary there is nothing which we can treat as good thing.

1.They have fired so many good experienced employees and not only experienced they have taken a lot of freshers and within 3 months they are forcing to resign those freshers very randomly. They are telling we are doing it on performance basis but it is just a lie. 2.And on e more important thing is groupism and politics in the lower posts, a fresh minded candidate can't work in such a environment. 3.The final suggestion should be don't go for money just think about the next step. If you join this company any time you get fired.

Good Salary and hikes are around 20 to 30% for each individual Fast tracked promotions for Junior employees having experience between 1-5 years You need to use this company to get good salary and hike and jump/move on to next company, definitely not a company for longterm growth

Anything can happen anytime, Company keeps laying off people very frequently and fresh graduates were hired and are put under Internship and once they prove they have been offered PPO and laid off with in 3months stating under performance Most of the people doesn't get a confirmation and company will layoff during probation There are multiple instances of company laying off people from Jr level up to VP level Very bad appraisal system and people are given random ratings ,if you are close to your manager you get good rating/promotion/hike and viceversa 5 days mandatory work from office Senior leadership in some segments are extremely bad and they do not have any empathy towards people working under them In all companies in Hyderabad, this is the company which has extremely poor work culture

None ! Just do not get into the leaping salary they offer ! Its a trap !

Everything ! You will be made to work for 7 days a week, just to get fired by the end of the project . The senior management is a fraud driven part and all you need to know is how o satisfy the boots . A terrible work culture and even pathetic product ! Horrible place to start a career with !

You get to learn a lot of new skills very quickly. You are provided with big responsibilities early which helps in overall grooming a professional. Job security and promotions is quite like government offices. Appraisals are more of time bound.

Dislikes

...e time based than merit based which is not expected from a private organization. Though the compensation they provide may seem to be above average but it its charm due to the insane work hours. So for a summary this company will look lucrative and people may be enthusiastic to work here but the enthusiasm dies out few months into the job due to the immense work pressure. Also learning new skills quickly gets stagnated after few months into the company. It is a company for a short stint.

The compensation is good when compared to competitors of similar Ecosystem,however the challenge will be to get recruited later by other companies. The company has some dreamy culture values however like everything it's all on the website and in paper.

CEO- Thinks he is God and is infallible , Believes in firing and blame people for his strategies not working, constant Re-orgs across departments. The attitude and Leadership - The senior leaders are always infighting by backstabbing and cribbing over other departments, sadly they never own up to their faults. They say Call BS on your boss but when someone bring up ways
