You get to learn a lot of new skills very quickly. You are provided with big responsibilities early which helps in overall grooming a professional. Job security and promotions is quite like government offices. Appraisals are more of time bound.

Dislikes

The first thing to point out is the tremendous work hours in the consulting department which varies anywhere between 12 to 15 hours a day. The job security is high because Highradius has a very low retention rate of employees due to the extremely poor work life balance. Appraisals are more time based than merit based which is not expected from a private organization. Though the compensation they provide may seem to be above average but it its charm due to the insane work hours. So for a summary this company will look lucrative and people may be enthusiastic to work here but the enthusiasm dies out few months into the job due to the immense work pressure. Dislikes

There is a noticeable difference in management styles between the USA and India. In India, there tends to be a closer relationship between senior management and HR, which can sometimes lead to a lack of support for junior employees facing challenges. Favoritism appears to influence decisions, often disregarding the contributions of hardworking individuals. It is a great place to learn things starting from subject knowledge to corporate culture. The leadership and managers are very approachable which makes the learning and exposure spectrum of a new joinee or somebody of relatively lower rank very wide and open.
