They pay you well. That’s it.

Dislikes

They torture you untill you break. They promote the most undeserving Boss’s pets. No matter how hard you work, your work will never be appreciated. And if appreciated, it will be on a 1:1 set up. Cause they don’t want anyone else to know that you are doing good. Micromanagement at its peak.

Amazing culture, Remote work, Ownership for the work that you do sets this company apart from anywhere else. The founders bring in amazing work ethics and even being remote completely brings in the sense of togetherness. Great people and team where everyone is self motivated for the work they bring. Yearly offsites to foreign places is just cherry on the top.
