...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

J & K's Higher Education is laging behind in every respect due to the non seriousness of officers who are very lethargic in over all development of Higher Education.

I dislike the culture that has been made since years by the officers in the department.

The incumbent learns a lot while delivering. Working with well qualified and we'll cultured people.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy is creating number of problems and corruption is prominent at all levels.some newly appointed officers create unnecessary interference in the system to show there presence.

Job security zero for contractual lecturers because of high officials .principals perminent faculity are againest the job policy for contractuals ...work culture was good to some extent but not satisfactry...Management regarding development is good but for contractuals very disappounted because higher authority deals with them just like Dalits
