Employees run companies has immense satisfaction of running own like own business with A to Z decisions coming from you & shipping is business in black & white i.e. everything corresponded in writing, therefore, there is little scope of haggling.

Dislikes

Career growth chances are limited as owners have gone too old & not keen to expand as was committed while employing, may be due to global recession also, therefore, looking for shifting platform for career growth & working for a company to stand among top 10 players if not 5.

It is a place where enthusiast,passion,and interest will grow.Good place to learn new this about events and hospitality.Requires lot of patience and zeal to learn about events.
