Organisation is not employee centric. Management asks to work on Saturday and Sunday too with compensation. Not clearing FNF settlement even everything is clear and completed in exit formalities.HR and account management people not answering to enquiry mail of FNF.

Work culture is pathetic. Employees who are onsite needs to work Saturday and Sunday too without any compensation. They provide very poor facilities for onsite consultants, and they will ask to travel despite of the covid and lockdown situation. My entire project team was covid positive and the management didn't do anything to support us, we all were stranded in remote location. No timely response from management, more than 100s of consultant are leaving the firm because of poor culture and welfare. No vaccination drive/ no medical facilities, poor accommodation, HR team will only be nice till On Boarding process. Post joining they will never attend your calls or mails. It took more than 1 month to collect the reliving letter and experience letter. Company has history of never settling the full and final settlement of the employees, the accounts department (Mr Santhosh Mangde)proudly says they will never attend your phone calls for Full and final settlement. Company has started a initiative of training the freshers by collecting 60k deposit and 2 lakhs post dated cheque. Total fraud company.

Dislikes

There is a list of dislikes, 1) Very bad internal politics. The company favours the Maharashtrian people especially people with Patil surname. They get most of the benefits like timely reimbursement, sick or leaves for a longer period, no questions asked for their delays or mistakes during the project. Mr Vijaykumar Patil and Mr Shrikant Patil are the ones behind this internal politics. 2) Zero consideration for Employee's family/ welfare. The company is all about talks, but no actions taken further. The company will ask to pay for your own air-travel tickets and purposely delay your reimbursement for weeks. If you ask for the same with management, they will say someone in the approval line of command were in leave or absent due to which reimbursement process is delayed. 3) Very poor Onsite Facilities. They will ask the consultants to share hotel rooms, and provide lavish rooms to Project Manager who will stay solo in hotels. No food allowances, Travel allowance or extra allowance will be given. And even if they agree to give, they will never give it on time. I have personally faced this issue in my 3 projects at highbar. 4) HR team/ Top Management is absolutely harsh and unfair. They will never respond your queries or mail. But will ask you to put everything on mail. HR team will friendly till onboarding and later on no support or help will be provided from their end. They even cut the refferal employee policy, I have referred 4 friends of mine, but highbar never paid me any refferal amount 5) Baised Performance Appraisal Most the appraisals are given based on your surname and your bonding with top Management people like Vijaykumar Patil, Kaustubh Das, Rajesh Shanbhag and Shrikant Patil. 6) Poor work life balance Onsite employees must be working 24*7 without any leaves or sick leaves. In all 3 projects I have majorly worked all Saturdays and Sundays. Despite of lockdown, employees where forced to work onsite with poor facilities.

...uchers. They call meetings at 11pm at night so no work-life balance of any kind. They will also not pay the variable pay in CTC

Pay salary on time i.e. 6th of every month Good for freshers to learn the software

Dislikes

The management makes sure you work on every weekend and late hours of the day even if the work that is assigned in not required or fruitful. The CTC mentioned during negotiation and appointment letter has items which will not be paid to you which is a big shock at present day IT company.
