New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Dislikes

Bond for one year. No salary increments for one year. Not even sick leaves for one year. I was sick for 4 days and not able to come to the office. I applied for sick leave that was not guaranteed and lost my salary of 4 days. Politics, flattery and partiality are the main components of work culture. Fake certificates of reputed companies are issued as chargeable experience certificates. The branch manager and the counsellors all play politics. Sincere employees lose their jobs. This company's credentials need to be verified. The accountant's job is secure for many years as he's expert in flattery and buttering.

Overall it was a mixed experience, company is not focused properly on providing services to students n staff members. As a result some branches are closed during demonization.

Dislikes

Students satisfaction was not there... management is not focused on studies n not even provide salaries on time, as result staff was not performing upto the mark.
