Overall it was a mixed experience, company is not focused properly on providing services to students n staff members. As a result some branches are closed during demonization.

Dislikes

Students satisfaction was not there... management is not focused on studies n not even provide salaries on time, as result staff was not performing upto the mark.

Bond for one year. No salary increments for one year. Not even sick leaves for one year. I was sick for 4 days and not able to come to the office. I applied for sick leave that was not guaranteed and lost my salary of 4 days. Politics, flattery and partiality are the main components of work culture. Fake certificates of reputed companies are issued as chargeable experience certificates. The branch manager and the counsellors all play politics. Sincere employees lose their jobs.
