Company timings were fixed, so it helped to get more time to do other things, there was lot of learning in working specifically in conductjng the seminars to explain and convince the workers about adavnced techniques, equipments and safety measures to use. Management and company policies were also good as it provided us all necessary safety measures.

Dislikes

There is no advancements in work culture, even job was not secured as it was just an internship. There is also a scope for implementing new machineries and conduct seminars for the awareness of various development techniques.
