I enjoy my work environment in office. The management and staff are also highly helpful, taking our criticism seriously and acting upon it, as well as constantly providing encouragement.

Dislikes

We get less salary according to the amount of work we do. Work from home not available in emergencies. There are very few holidays during festivals. We get Monday weekly off.

The diverse and talented team at the company provides a simulating atmosphere where i can exchange ideas and learn from experienced colleagues ,contributing to my overall development. Overall working at high Creation Interior allow me to combine my passion for HR profile with a supportive and innovative work environment , making it a rewarding and enjoyable experience .

From knowing nothing to knowing everything. High Creation has taught me a-lot and still I feel like I’m learning everyday. So must recommend to the employees who want to work here. What I like the most is the team work. No matter what team you belongs, you will be helped by everyone here.

6 days feels quiet hectic. As we are working through whole week. After this much working at least we need 2 days week off.

I like the working environment, it's a combination of both work+ fun, also the team is very supportive along with the management as they really considers our feedback and take action on it and they make sure always encourage us.

In this company, no department does its work properly, the account and management system is very useless, it is just a show off, that's why no employee here can work for a long time.
