Best court of MP but due to salary issue I want to work in a company who can pay me good salary to survive in this era .

Salary is not upto date also depends upon the cases I get income so I need a monthly permanent income .

I love my profession.. Working in High Court with a good work environment and culture.. Team-mates are supportive and helpful in every field.. Cafeteria in High Court is good..

Dislikes

A lot of politics.. Career growth is slow.. And salary is very bad..

Work pressure is always high. No transfer, you can work whole life in same place. Salary is less.

Dislikes

If you have better option then make it second choice. No welfare/right. Humiliation of employees is much high.

Although I am working as intern but opportunities of growth and extending knowledge is massive. There is a lot to learn there and from each and every person and their cases. Place is huge full air conditioned and have canteens. Competition is cut throat there and if you meet right people you can achieve all the heights you can dream of.

Dislikes

Every thing is great there but the culture of junior senior is little intense, seniors look at juniors as their competition and barely give chance to stand and argue but as I mentioned if you encounter right people or right senior they can guide you best and help you reach the heights.

Working in High court is a struggle initiallly but as the years go by , the work gets more interesting and pay multiplies. And we can learn new things daily in all terms . The sky is the limit in this field .

Legal procedures takes long time to reach the court .
