One negative thing would completely make everything positive things bad. I was laid-off from March 23rd 2020 all of a sudden, along with an assurance of calling me back to work by 2 or 3 months, but never called back ever. HR is unsure of his words.

Work culture, No benefits, Lesser pay than industrial standards, Poor top management.

...s. Every meeting they will make you harassed. They won't pay you for your work . I did work there but I didn't get the full salary of even 1 month. So yeah I surely won't call it international as the local bazaar shops are more systematic and organized. Even on your worst health problems they are going to make you come and work for them . "worst" is the word for hidesign.

The RD and the ARM is very helpful. They support alot and keeps motivated in every situation

...doesn't value a employees service. There is a politics and divide & rule policy. No salary increment according to market standards. It is just named as an international brand but in reality there is nothing as such what an international brand does. They don't give value to the old employees. I have wasted my hardwork all these years for such a shit company.

I was asked to take no pay leave for 2months when lockdown was over due to cost cutting and then they never asked me to join back not even they cleared my settlement

The management was very poor only for some few nice colleagues I was able to survive for one year. The rd of East region kaushiki chandra is a very partial lady first she appointed her relative as an manager who had zero knowledge about retail..she has no mercy for her employees she takes donation and appoint employees form different consultancy and place them in airport rt

First of all I would thank hidesign, company give me a life .work experience is excellent,job security is also good,I feel glad to be a part of hidesign , support from managers very nice,they are always attention towards staff.understand each and every problem.training will be provided for the new staff.working environment depends upon our behaviour if we are good everything will be good .once again thanks to hidesign.

...e is no growth for counter staff ,if the has talent also there is no growth....and the secondary thing is salary is less in hidesign.because of tjis two things I don't like hidesign...
