Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Its ambience .

Dislikes

The thing which I dislike is that in the entire college we Dnt have any kind of general store or recharge shop where if people want to eat late night food or get the phn recharge or buy stationary ,they all have to simply rush to city ,every time its not possible to be there as our canteen use to close early & mess to so what if any body is hungry or they need medicine ,there is nothing fr this in our college & our library timings should be increased for students .
