Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Company with opportunities. Good Company culture. Various products meeting the society needs and upgrading to avoid the environmental impact. Excellent team. Encouraging employer by assigning wide varities of assignments rather blocking the learning curve.

I like my manager and my team which is created separately after efforts from my manager. So, working in current team is quite different from working in any other team in HID Global.

What I dislike the most is no matter how good you're at work but promotion and perks are subject to experience so you won't get any appreciation or monetary benefits for your commitment until you reach to the required number of years.

The company is good, work load is much manageable, no much of micro management.

People and their mindset, Managers won't look for your betterment, No promotions, Managers show their two faces, no enthusiasm only work work and work, no encouragement, no team outing no corporate lunch / dinner. With in 3 months I started to feel I do not belong to this company.
