Company culture is very good and office environment is very friendly. they take care of your growth and development through training and development. Lot of positive Employee Engaging activities, binding everybody together in a good bond. Management is young, energetic, and very open minded.

Only 2 Saturdays off, transport not available from Koperkhairne station.

TOXIC WORK CULTURE...THEY ARE LIVING IN 1980's LIFE ...MANY POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THESE PATHETIC COMPANY AS YOUR CAREER OPTION: 1) JOB INSECURITY 2) NO WORK LIFE BALANCE 3) IT IS LIKE A SHOP OWNER'S SON IS SITTING IN A SHOP AND TREATS HIS EMPLOYEES LIKE HIS SERVANT IRRESPECTIVE OF WHATEVER POSITION YOU ARE WORKING AS 4) COMPENSATION WHILE EXIT THEY PAY YOU AS THEY ARE RELYING ON DAYS INCOME OF THE EMPLOYEES 5) YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY AS YOUR CAREER OPTION.

Very worst place for person who work in Quality Department...... Toxic work environment. No system No any process...... Your job role is not fixed and for others failure Quality person will be the only one who is responsible. you leave your set job and and join Hicool,after 1 or 2 months of joining they will start harassing you because these people's itself don't know what work they want from you........ Also HR are not telling at time of interview that they may terminate you at any time in probation period and same thing they will get sign off from you at the time of joining....... They will tell you in interview that alternate Saturday and Sunday is off ,Don't fall for it because it is just a mirage to attract you.....

As a fresher when it becomes difficult even to adjust and gell up with people.On my very first day of my very first job I met people with great welcoming nature and helpful approach.It is still a good experience.My beginning began with the best I feel!
