...hetic. They do not value for their employee their skill, nothing to learn their. Salary dates are not fixed some times on 7th of the month and mostly it goes after 23rd or 25th of month. No EL, CL provision. Totally pathetic company and work culture too

Company owners are very unprofessional and pathetic ppl... Those ppl can survive there who are expert in buttering. Skill and kmowledge does'nt matter there

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
