Frequent management changes,Internal Politics by old Senior level employees sitting in corporate office & On field regional level is major concern of this organisation,They only knows to harass to the employees and nothing.No Job Security , don't matter what you have any fantastic ideas they do prefer to do & implement only their rubbish ideas,Culture is too pathetic & horrible.

Other than salary, no one will be satisfied working here. As there is no skill development opportunity, no appreciation, no work life balance. They try to be hard core professional to the ground level employees, but one the other hand they themselves don't even bother to work properly. The managers doesn't even come to office every day. But when it comes to underlines, they track them every now and then. As a leader they should set an example first. But this is not the culture here.

... Here new employees are also given a chance and they are taught all things well. Company policies are good and appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

This company is very digital and not support to managements.

Too much work pressure work management is zero team bonding is zero if you join here as assistant manager then you will be responsible for all work start to end like releasing offer letter to FNF ready to work sat and sun as well

No proper vision and planning with regards to company goals,terrible operations and support team,inflexible pricing,ridiculous target setting
