Saturday off is there only for few people not for everyone which is unfair.middle management is not good.skill will not be appreciated.proper role will not be given even though you have skill for it.after 3 years of training completion, you will not be considered as a permanent employee.

Low salary scale, 06 days working, no job trainings, paid food but very much poor in taste, no team outings, poor work culture, Job security very much poor, no carrier growth and learning, poor management decisions and etc,.
