Not transfer in other feald and other site ,water problem in my site and lighting problem in my site.and not banifit of fresh and experience employ in your company.not technical meeting in arrenged only paper meeting in my site .

No individual growth & development. HR is only for salary cut. No hr is there. Director engaged for self earning only.

Opportunity to grow is very less. No hr. Dont welcome process improvements. Hire people with false commitments.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

This is fast growing company and I am working with them since last 10 yrs, it is so far for employee, I would like to suggest one thing for all is work silently and don't compare with anyone your self. Hitech transpower Pvt Ltd is familiar with every employee.
