...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No work only saying yes yes to boss, and pleasing ceo and chro .CHRO is so funny, he gets huge salary just to say yes to ceo and not care anything about employees. He is present is all review meeting with sales head and his job is just to say yes you are right mr ceo and ceo feels good

No authority to give your opinion,as ceo knows everything,you just have to say yes to him and he micromanages to small details.favours his favourite, no place for new comers.will take 2years just to prove your loyalty and till then you will be treated like a 2nd child.dont understand why they get new people. Difficult to work

I am working on client location but Hitech robotic systemz pvt.ltd company is good for job seekers because here is stability , salary is available here on time only , reimbursement process very, good culture , health insurance facility provided by company.

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products & has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleague s come from various cultural background s,and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

No reason for dislike about working at Hi-tech Roboti Systemz Ltd. But during the covid-19 our project was stopped for 2-3 month and company not afford my salary. The company want to me I will give my resignation letter.I am also not work without salary. Because I also have a family. Salary is necessary for family.
