Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No work only saying yes yes to boss, and pleasing ceo and chro .CHRO is so funny, he gets huge salary just to say yes to ceo and not care anything about employees. He is present is all review meeting with sales head and his job is just to say yes you are right mr ceo and ceo feels good

No authority to give your opinion,as ceo knows everything,you just have to say yes to him and he micromanages to small details.favours his favourite, no place for new comers.will take 2years just to prove your loyalty and till then you will be treated like a 2nd child.dont understand why they get new people. No reason for dislike about working at Hi-tech Roboti Systemz Ltd. But during the covid-19 our project was stopped for 2-3 month and company not afford my salary. The company want to me I will give my resignation letter.I am also not work without salary. Because I also have a family. Salary is necessary for family.
