...nd it's good. The work is based on ERP software, which we found very impressive. Many processes are paperless and also salary timely credited, weekly off mandatory as per working days,duty hours minimum 11 hours .They are a company that prioritizes safety very well and adhere to the ISO 45001:2018 standard.

Dislikes

The company does not provide transportation facilities for commuting to and from work. However, there is a guest house for accommodation, but it is categorized based on grades, The work has to be managed with a limited staff.

...eave company, Security cheque should not be collect by company for any employee. Many diduction in Salary structure. Especially bonus cut also and PF also cut by Company of Company share.

1) There is no time management for local people, they come sometimes and go sometimes. 2) There is a habit of working with less manpower. There is a habit of getting the work done by 1 employee instead of 4 employees. 3) At the site level, Project Manager is everything and no other department means anything.
