Entire company culture very poor and old. Your job is insecure and your boss can kick out in a single day from your job though how much important to company. Very old people and old thought process, very old machines with no technology.

The meals provided in company is good and free of cost

No job security wrost nature of work your senior will treat you as you are an animal. No benefit of doing complaint the full management is curropt.

Working wid not good. Teammates are supportive but seniors are not. Management is not transparent. No cafeteria. Company policies are on papers only. Appraisals are not fair.

Dislikes

Worst working culture. Too much politics and management doesn't address our issues. Employees are treated as Slave and as liability. Family life zero. Poor increment and no promotion even after 100% input. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

No Growth, you have to reach office before 9 AM, full on politics, No value for HR or any other management or your Manager. everything is handle and ordered by MD. No Value of your hard work. New technology not adopted. It's like School operated by one Headmaster.

The work pressure is very good,I have to work 8 hours duty, company all employee follow manners.management very good,and management team supported all time.
