New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The company is good , the owner is good but one person is making the company atmosphere horrible, he is durgesh ch sinha (ZBM).he is cheating the owner and making life terrible for the subordinates, he takes away the jobs of his subordinate employees after making them work for 4 to 5 months so as to make his own job secure. Hitec Labs could be a much better place to work once the owner gets rid of this parasite durgesh ch sinha.
