Senior Management was good. Appraisals are good and they give good salary hike based on our performance.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics over here. Middle management is worst. Everyone is busy in playing politics. No one addresses issues of people working at executive level. Every data has to be stored manually, there is no single platform to store the data. Even security, masons and cab drivers over here have there own attitude. They also try to show their own power. Everyone over here try to show their own power. Lots of misunderstandings between testing team and ICS Dept. On job training is not given to new joinees. Many employees don't have single work to do other than gossiping. HR department is worst. While fnf settlement they show their real face and treat us like their dogs.
