Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...lly Saral Winman RPU Greytthr etc.. Work life balance is good.. Coming to Cons Initial joining they will offer only 15 percent hike of present salary some time even less than this... Yearly hike approximately 1 to 1.2k Wich is too less compared to any other companies.. Except salary hike and initial offer everything is good..
