Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

i would like to share some experience of mine which i felt personally that if you are workholic then no one will personally take benefits from you because management knows everything about everyone's r work function and never also disturb to their path.

Dislikes

Till now i don't feel anything which i dislike to working at hicon. if found then i know that management will listen and solve my query
